Payments may be processed by external payment service providers. JurAIst is not responsible for technical issues, delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, refunds may be excluded once access has been granted or the download has been made available, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Newsletter and communications

Users may subscribe to newsletters, legal updates, event information or other communications from JurAIst.

Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link or by contacting JurAIst.

JurAIst may use newsletter and communication tools provided by third parties, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
